A Tester is a perfume with no fancy packaging but with the same exact fragrance at an even better price. They are just like the one used to test the perfume in a Department Store but supplied in a plain box and often have the word tester printed on the bottle. Sometimes they do not come with a cap or box. These items are great for personal use but may not be great as gifts. Our testers are new unopened and have never been sprayed.(Testers and unboxed product are exactly the same as the regular perfume, except testers usually come in a plain box--with or without a cap. Unboxed products are the perfume or bath product, only without the box.)

I bought this prefume for my wife. She bought the same perfume before online but it's different from the bottles that you can get from department stores. This one came in a white cardboard box, and has the word tester at the back of the bottle. It's clearly an original. I'm very happy with the purchase. We purchased directly from Amazon as opposed to other sellers just be sure even if it means we paid more than $5. :)Will definitely purchase again! :)

I love this scent. It's light, yet complex & has spicy undertones that surprise me. I wear it all day, everyday. What a great way to get a fragrance @ a reasonable price: sample!

I was somewhat hesitant to order this "tester", but was happy to see that it looks exactly like what I would have purchased at the store. The word tester was on the back of the bottle, but I was fully aware that it might. Mine did come with a cover. D & G is great and this was a great cost savings for me!
